At Funchia, your satisfaction is our top priority. Our hassle-free 7-day return policy reflects our commitment to take care of you. Shop confidently, knowing that if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange, replacement, or return in accordance with the guidelines below.

This policy applies to all purchases made at Funchia.

Return & Exchange Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn/unused, with original tags, and in original packaging.

  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Products must be properly packed and in resellable condition.

  • The original box, user manual, and accessories must be included.

  • Package must be wrapped in carton or bubble wrap — no writing/tape directly on the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.


Important Note: Video Proof Required

To claim for any damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please make a video while opening the parcel. Claims without unboxing videos or videos made after opening will not be accepted, as we will not be able to verify the issue.


Return Process

Once you've shipped the item back to us:

  1. Share your dispatch receipt with us via WhatsApp.

  2. After 4 days, follow up to confirm delivery to our warehouse.

  3. Once received, please allow up to 2 business days for inspection and processing.

  4. After approval, refunds may take up to 4 business days to reflect in your account.

Please provide complete Bank or Easypaisa account details for the refund. We’ll share a screenshot of the refund transaction once completed.


Refund Deductions

Delivery charges will be deducted from your refund amount (usually Rs 300 to Rs 500), even on "free delivery" items, as these are costs charged by the courier.


Policy Limitations

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Funchia reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
